Benton City 4th of July Community Celebration
SATURDAY, JULY 4th, 2026!
BREAKFAST IN THE PARK - 8:00 AM to Noon at CITY PARK
Provided by: Howard Hayes Memorial Arena
(Breakfast and beverages will be available at the community center until noon or sold out.)
4th of July 5k - 7:00 AM - CITY PARK

FLAG RAISING CEREMONY - 9:00 AM - CITY PARK
PARADE ON MAIN STREET - 11:00 AM
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PARADE - CITY PARK MAIN STAGE:
-Kids will be directed to City Park for ice cream and trophies at the main stage! Ice cream for kids is provided by Hair It Is
** (KIDS MUST REGISTER AND HAVE A WRIST BAND TO PARTICIPATE, BE SURE TO SIGN UP BEFORE THE PARADE) **
FAMILY FEUD - 12:30 PM - CITY PARK STAGE
Families will be able to register in the park before the parade
FIREWORKS START AT DUSK (BENTON CITY LIONS CLUB)
-Bring your chairs or blankets to enjoy the fireworks provided by the Benton City Lion’s Club & the City of Benton City.

This is a true community event for everyone. All ages and ability levels are welcome—you don’t need to be a runner to participate. Whether you run, jog, walk, push a stroller, roll in a wheelchair, bring your dog, wear a costume, or simply come out to enjoy the energy, there’s a place for you.
Join us and be part of a Benton City 4th of July tradition filled with movement, smiles, and community spirit.
Every finisher receives a medal.
Top finishers in each age category will be recognized, and we’ll have prizes for our Best Dressed and Most Patriotic participants.

We would like to invite everyone to participate in the 4th of July parade. Decorate your bikes, trikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, cars, ATVs, or horses and join us for the parade!

Motorized vehicles will line up in the Middle School bus parking lot on Grace Ave at 10:00 AM. Driver meeting at 10:45 AM.

Kids will line up in the Methodist Church parking lot on 9th St at 10:30 AM. Parking available at the library. (Kids will enter the parade after cars have passed the church)

Parade starts at 11am down 9th Street to Chris Ave.

Kids will head to the park for ice cream and awards
