Benton City Daze
Since 1984, Benton City Daze has been a cherished community tradition celebrating everything that makes Benton City special — small-town pride, local traditions, family fun, and community spirit.
Each year, residents and visitors gather in downtown Benton City for a day filled with food and craft vendors, live entertainment, local activities, and hometown traditions that bring generations together. From our community parade and Little Miss Benton City Pageant to the Benton Kiddie Daze area, street dance, contests, and local vendors, Benton City Daze is all about creating memories and celebrating the heart of our town.
In recent years, our goal has been to bring back “The Good Ol’ Daze” by restoring many of the traditions that longtime community members remember and love. The return of the community street dance, family activities, and official event shirts are just a few of the ways we are reconnecting with the history and spirit of Benton City Daze.
Whether you are a lifelong resident or visiting for the first time, Benton City Daze is a chance to experience the warmth, pride, and fun that make our community unique.

Latino Community Street Dance
Established in 2019, the Latino Community Street Dance was created to celebrate culture, community, music, food, and the traditions that bring people together.
What began as a community celebration has quickly become one of Benton City’s most vibrant and energetic events, bringing families, friends, businesses, and visitors together for an evening filled with dancing, entertainment, local vendors, and cultural pride.
The Latino Community Street Dance highlights the rich Hispanic culture that is deeply woven into our community through music, folklórico dancers, dancing horses, authentic food, local artisans, and live entertainment in the heart of downtown Benton City.
This event is about more than just music and dancing — it is about community connection, celebrating traditions, and creating an inclusive event where everyone is welcome to come together and enjoy the spirit of Benton City.
Each year, the event continues to grow as we celebrate:
-
Hispanic culture and traditions
-
Community pride
-
Live music and dancing
-
Local food and craft vendors
-
Family-friendly entertainment
-
Bringing the community together
Whether you come to dance in the street, enjoy amazing food, support local vendors, or simply experience the incredible atmosphere, the Latino Community Street Dance is a celebration of culture, unity, and community spirit.

The Benton City Daze Parade is one of our community’s longest-standing traditions and a highlight of the annual celebration since 1984. Each year, local businesses, community organizations, schools, clubs, families, and parade participants come together to fill downtown Benton City with music, creativity, hometown pride, and small-town fun.
From classic cars and decorated floats to local performers, marching groups, and community spirit, the parade brings generations together to celebrate the traditions that make Benton City special. Whether you are participating in the parade or cheering from the sidewalk, the Benton City Daze Parade is a cherished community tradition that continues to create memories year after year.
